01. The agreement

These terms govern access to the Evercontent website and application. They form an agreement between you and the operator identified below. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

02. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. If you use Evercontent for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use only websites, images, content, and Bluesky accounts you are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, including the app passwords you provide. Tell us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access.

03. Using Evercontent

Evercontent helps you import article URLs, generate post images and copy, review content, schedule approved posts, and view Bluesky engagement. You control which posts you approve for publication and the settings for your connected sites.

Approving a post authorizes Evercontent to publish it to the connected Bluesky account according to your schedule or an explicit publish action. Review the image, text, alt text, link, and timing before approval. Scheduled publication depends on a working app password, service availability, and Bluesky accepting the request.

Usage information may include estimated AI generation costs. Estimates are informational and are not a guarantee of a third-party provider’s final charges or a billing statement.

04. Your content & permissions

You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to store, copy, process, transform, and transmit that content to operate the features you request, including sending it to generation, storage, and publishing providers.

You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload reference images, use article content, generate derivative material, and publish the resulting posts. Do not upload confidential information or material you do not have permission to share. Images hosted through the service may be accessible to anyone with their asset URLs.

Evercontent’s software, branding, and website materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. These terms grant you permission to use the service, not ownership of those materials.

05. AI-generated content

AI output can contain errors, misleading statements, visual defects, or material that resembles other content. You are responsible for checking accuracy, suitability, intellectual-property permissions, and required disclosures before using or publishing it.

We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, eligible for copyright protection, or suitable for a particular purpose. Provider-specific terms may also apply. Evercontent does not promise any level of likes, reposts, replies, followers, traffic, or revenue.

06. Acceptable use

Do not use Evercontent to:

• Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or evade platform restrictions.
• Access another person’s account or data without permission.
• Interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or misuse our infrastructure or provider credentials.
• Violate applicable law or the rules of a connected service.

When using Bluesky, you must follow its Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Only approve publishing actions that you understand and intend.

07. Third-party services

Evercontent depends on services including Bluesky, AI providers, storage, hosting, and email delivery. Their terms and privacy policies govern your relationship with those services. They may change their features, permissions, limits, pricing, or availability.

Evercontent is independent of Bluesky and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Bluesky Social, PBC. Connecting an account does not guarantee that Bluesky will accept a post or keep an account, an app password, or an integration available.

08. Pausing & ending use

You can pause posting, disconnect Bluesky, or delete your account through the app, and you can revoke the app password in your Bluesky settings. An action already in progress may finish before a pause or disconnect takes effect. Disconnecting or deleting your account does not remove content already published on Bluesky.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. We may discontinue the service and will provide notice where required. Save any information you need before deleting your account. Data handling after deletion is described in the privacy policy.

09. Availability & liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evercontent is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free generation, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should keep your own copies of important content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights.

10. Changes & general terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will update the revision date and provide notice of material changes where required. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. These terms do not override any rights you have under applicable law. Please contact us first if you have a question or dispute so we can try to resolve it.
